This one-hour yoga class can be tailored to be a chair or mat-based practice for all experience levels.
This gentle class provides breath and movement practices that help participants experience greater calm, grounding and renewed energy. It will teach ways that trauma impacts the mind and body and empowers participants to change from different nervous system states--hyperarousal and hypoarousal.
Utilizing trauma informed principles, this class focuses on establishing safety, trust and empowerment in mind/body and heart. Modifications can be made to support participants who are in the early stages of recovery.

If you are looking to build an individual yoga practice that is tailored to your unique goals, having a one-on-one session will be beneficial.
Work at your own pace to either learn foundational yoga poses, practice yogic breathwork, or have your questions about alignment answered.
You can also work on understanding your trauma reactions and ways that yoga can assist in your healing journey.
